"The estimator was on time and was polite and professional.  He did the measuring quickly and efficiently.

We received the estimate via email the next morning, along with copies of proof of licensing and insurance for the company. After receiving it, we got additional information from our asbestos test results from a third party such that we needed to revise the estimate (originally we had asked them to remove carpet and tile only; the revised estimate included mastic removal).  The office staff were friendly and did their best to give us a great experience; they turned around the revised estimate the next day, while working through the fact that their offices had been impacted by a tornado not too long prior to this!

The only reason we did not go with Asbestos Abatement Associates for this project is that their bid was about $400 higher than another company with a comparable reputation.  I will definitely call them again for estimates if we have further asbestos abatement needs."
