Very precise in first measuring the level of Radon present, and although well within suggested limits, per my insistence, turned our Passive system into an Active system by installing a fan in the attic to ensure any Radon would be exhausted into the air despite our overly long piping. Working was done quickly and monitoring was explained by Dan and he also provided a pre-paid test kit to check the level of Radon after the fan and monitor were installed.

They came out for a site survey to prepare the quote, explained the plan and process, and asked if I had any questions. The electrical wiring and post install test was included in the price. They did a great job explaining how the system worked, and left instructions before they left.
