Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. I can't say enough positive things about how they turned a disaster into manageable problem. Superb service and staff."

Cleaned my new home from top to bottom, Carpets, hardwood floors, cabinets etc. They installed a couple of air conditioners, added brackets, made sure everything was secured. After cleaning my house. GBHMF went to my old apt. townhome and loaded up the truck and brought all of my belongings to my clean new home and put all labeled boxes in the appropriate rooms!"
