"Excellent. About three years ago, we had Cutting Edge Tile our basement. When the floor was initially installed, it was not level. They did a great job of evening out the floor and setting the tile with no protruding edges. This last January (about 2 years later), we decided to replace the kitchen flooring with tile, and totally remodel the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms (marble wall tile, corner highlights, floor tile, a shower/bath niche, new vanity, lighting, plumbing fixtures, toilet, etc.). We knew who to call. Cutting Edge set the tile in the herringbone pattern we selected for the kitchen. My wife and I love the way it looks. We could not be happier with the way the bathrooms turned out. They took their time to make sure they did quality work. I felt like they treated our house like they would their own. Throughout the process, they would requested our input to assure they knew what we wanted. I recently recommended them to my brother and highly recommend them to anyone, High quality work. If I can talk my wife into hardwood floors for the living room and office, I will be calling Cutting Edge."

"It wasn't timely. He hires cheap labor that does everything but isnt good at anything. The framers were hacks using broken lumber in spots. Sheetrock cracked and needed repair ( which they did) the new shower was installed without specialized mounting clips and the flange on shower walls were cracked. The shower door did not function and when I went to fix it, the hanging hardware fell off. New flooring throughout the house including the new addition. The new addition subfloor wasn't screwed correctly which resulted in a reinstall. In the old part of the house, the subfloor was not prepped properly causing the vinyl plank to bow and crack. Jim refused to fix. Jim's crew forgot to put a vent on roof so water came into house and collapsed the bathroom ceiling. ( He did take responsibility and fix that) overall very disappointed with someone that claims to do quality work. If I could rate lowerI would."

They tore it down to the studs and built it all back up with excellent plans, schedule, management of subcontractors, countertops and custom cabinets. The project stayed on and met the twelve-week schedule they laid out. The Cambria countertop measurements, production and installation took at least three to four weeks of that timeline and that could only happen AFTER the cabinets were installed, so their part actually went pretty fast. They took the time to make the cabinets fit our older house's kitchen measurements/eccentricities and supplies/appliances that we used."
