"They found something and then the guy whom they sent out couldn't fix it. They sent out somebody else and he still couldn't fix it. They did ultimately fix it. They did additional work and so it cost more than the big deal price. There was a leak and it wasn't an easy fix. They could have communicated with each other. After the first guy couldn't fix it, they needed to send out a specific technician who knew about underground leaks. The guy they sent out the second time didn't have ready equipment. They should have just told the guy that you are coming out and you need this kind of equipment but they didn't do that."

"I have just had my final meeting with Joe Wire, who sold me on using Hoffman Weber. My siding project was finished a couple weeks ago. I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. They explained everything, answered questions and helped solve every issue. My house was built in 1928 so it needed a new facelift. Boris, my installer, is an artist! He worked 6 days a week with his brother, installing all the siding and trim. Everything is done to perfection. He really does quality work and takes his time making sure everything is perfect. The roofers did my porch roof so I will never have to worry about a leaky roof. They stayed extra late to make sure they got it done before a snow storm hit the following day. I couldn’t be happier with my “new” house. I highly recommend Hoffman and Weber. They are so easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, problem solvers and I know they really cared about my project from beginning to end.
