"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".

They put a waterproofing system in 3/4 of my basement and a sealed sump system that is quiet and working great! I have not had any water all summer and am very happy! Although the job itself was somewhat messy, they cleaned up very well and made sure I was happy and satisfied before they left. I was recommended them by a friend who has been a realtor for many years and he was right... great company and I have a dry basement now! My dehumidifier I had always run before now runs much less and has no problem keeping up when it does run. I had them back a few weeks ago to Mud Jack a driveway section that was uneven and that went very well also. It is now level and only took a few hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
