The crew started when they were supposed to, were very professional, and cleaned up each evening. We ran into an issue with removing the wallpaper in the kitchen (one layer ended up being three layers) so the anticipated time to complete that project increased four-fold. That would have been an opportunity for Ryan to take advantage of the situation and charge significantly more. Instead, we had a discussion and came up with a win/win solution.
