"I would say it went ok. Todd came out quickly to review the job to see what would could be done in the 40 hour block. Todd looked at all the areas I wanted painted and then said he was at like 37 hours so I added a small bedroom to get to the 40. However, the 40 hours was not enough and the MBR bath did not get painted as planned under the 40 hours. The explanation was the dark color on the walls required more time to cover and a bit more time on minor wall repairs... this is true but I would have expected this to have been taken into account during the estimate. Overall Todd was good to work with and the work quality was good. Going forward I would not purchase a service were you are buying a block of time but rather go a firm bid for an entire job."

"I've used Dennis in the past and he always does a good job. Our house is cedar and needed to be freshend up. Dennis and Tim came over at 9 am. They covered everything I wanted and started staining. They worked like troopers on ladders all day. They were amazing. If they dripped stain on anything they cleaned it up.
My wife and I took all the lights and accessories off and on the house. All I wanted them to do was soak as much stain into the siding as they could. They finished up at 5:30 pm with only a short break for lunch. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Nagel Painting.

"Jake and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. They did a very professional job in prepping and caring for the furniture and floors. The day turned out to be raining, so the first coat wasn't drying as fast as it should. Jake offered to come back later in the day and put the second coat on, which he did. They did a great job with cleanup too. I am very happy with the quality, coverage and care that was taken and would definitely use them again and recommend others use them also."

"They were very responsive and that was what we appreciated.  The first day they came they did not bring enough products to spray on the wall paper. They just had a tiny bit in one bottle so they said they could not do very much that day. That was frustrating because that was their job and they had to come back another day. They did do a nice job but I felt the professionalism could be a little more. There were two of them here so there was some extra time for them to do something so I asked if they could do some patching after they removed the wallpaper. There were some cracks in the wall that needed to be repaired and they did some of the repairs and patched over the rest. It needs to be redone and that was frustrating.  They were kind of disappointed we did not hire them for the paint job but after seeing that unprofessionalism we did not use them. We were looking behind the stove to see if wallpaper was there but he responded as if he did not like the job, so that unprofessional."
