"Absolutely terrible experience. Time management, punctuality & quality craftsmanship were non existent. The list of mishaps is too long to share. Take the backsplash, for example. Marble herringbone was installed without spacers, tile was cut with a dry saw, while cutting tile they left the door open so dust was everywhere. We had to hire someone else to remove the tile (had to throw $500 of product away) & reinstall. Everything they touched in our house is a disaster - we can’t even put our fridge back in its spot because they didn’t level the flooring."

"Nothing but problems with Nick and Twin Cities Custom Remodelers, LLC. Project was very slow. Many months with no work being done. Nick just eventually stopped showing. He's super hard to get a hold of and if he does get back to you on a status update or something it's one excuse after another. Nick doesn't follow structural plans or requests very well. I'm now stuck with a half-built project that has lots of mistakes and spending thousands of dollars fixing. I've been asking for over a month for a financial report which he never produces. Nothing but more excuses and never returning my calls."
