Nothing but problems with Nick and Twin Cities Custom Remodelers, LLC. Project was very slow. Many months with no work being done. Nick just eventually stopped showing. He's super hard to get a hold of and if he does get back to you on a status update or something it's one excuse after another. Nick doesn't follow structural plans or requests very well. I'm now stuck with a half-built project that has lots of mistakes and spending thousands of dollars fixing. I've been asking for over a month for a financial report which he never produces. Nothing but more excuses and never returning my calls.

Horrible. Permits were not applied for the work completed. Work done was not up to code and had to be replaced.
