Absolutely terrible experience. Time management, punctuality & quality craftsmanship were non existent. The list of mishaps is too long to share. Take the backsplash, for example. Marble herringbone was installed without spacers, tile was cut with a dry saw, while cutting tile they left the door open so dust was everywhere. We had to hire someone else to remove the tile (had to throw $500 of product away) & reinstall. Everything they touched in our house is a disaster - we can’t even put our fridge back in its spot because they didn’t level the flooring.
