That’s just some of the words I would use to describe the work that Perfect Landscape did for some tree removal at my house. I had estimates from 6 or 7 tree removal companies referred to me by Angi’s and Perfect Landscape was the most reasonably priced. They came twice to my house, first removing a very tall dead ash tree in the front yard on Friday without using their crane. They then came back the following Tuesday and used their crane to remove a tall oak tree (which was close to my house) from my fenced back yard along with a neighbor’s oak tree that was split and sure to fall on my house at some point if not removed. I can’t say enough about the great job Ryan and his crew from Perfect Landscape did. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up any leftover tree branches etc. from my yard, the street and anything that may have fallen in a neighbor’s yard. The owner Rodney was very reasonable and generous adding an additional tree to their Tuesday workload, again at a very reasonable price. The use of their crane was essential to lift out my huge dead oak tree from my fenced back yard without having to remove the fence or damaging the yard or house. Three cuts and lifts and the tree was gone. Likewise, they removed a neighbor’s tree from between our front yards again using their crane. I highly recommend Perfect Landscape if you need any trees removed and want it done in a timely and professional manner. "MISSING TIME ON ISSUE AND MONEY I had a mixed experience with Randy's Electric regarding my recent service appointment. Bateman was scheduled to come on October 27th, but unfortunately, the tenant was absent, and he couldn't access the property. The following day, Brian Ringgenberg arrived and provided the necessary service. He was very professional and informed me that there would be no charge for the missed appointment on October 27th since it was so close to the previous day and that it would all be consolidated into a single bill for the current service, which involved assessing the situation and changing some fuses. However, I encountered an issue when I checked my credit card statement a week later. To my surprise, I noticed that I had been double charged for the service. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the refund of $199.00."
