I’m a very detailed professional cleaner, I always make sure the customer is happy in if they not satisfied I’ll Re-do! For free! I named my business The Twinkle Touch due to I’ve been told more then 100x I must have the touch because it sparkles from anyone else!! I can handle anything from inside cleaning to outside cleaning! I love doing windows n I love washing patios n siding to those nasty garages to sidewalks with my pressure wash! I also have skills in detailing a vehicle inside..no chemicals needed! Paint Bros responded quickly to our questions, discussed options thoroughly with us, was open to our ideas and yet contributed his own helpful suggestions and expertise to the project. He provided a fair bid -- similar to other bids. The The hard-working owner checked in with us everyday, and he did the work himself with a helper. He showed up when promised and was always positive and cheerful and really nice to have around. He worked in terrible weather (when others might have found an excuse not to show up) and did REALLY nice work. Our deck never looked so good! Paint Bros did our project the right way, not the easy way. We also added to the project and had them do our dock while they were here and they were willing to take that on too. "This was my first remodeling project as an investor, so I paid almost 55% of the total quote upfront. I didn't even had the properly written contract, I just believed his words. They kept making excuses to delay the project. I was afraid that he might leave the project in the middle, so kept taking his excuses. But when I realized that my project is not moving, I threatened to sue them then they wrote another contract with end date. They did finished the contract almost close to the date in the new contract though. They just did lousy job of hiding problems rather than fixing it. At many occasions, I had to point out at things that they did incorrectly. At the end of the project, they were putting lot of pressure on me to pay off the remaining money without finishing there work completely. For washer dryer they did not provide drain & electric outlet, I came to know about this through realtor when I put the house for sail. For the new bathroom sink, he drained it to some old gas pipeline. I had to loose one buyers contract due to these problem & had to pay extra to fix these problems."

Painting over cracks without repairing them first will simply lead to needing to fix them later. They will reappear in short order. Usually, just a bit of spackle and a putty knife before painting will do the trick. However, if there are significant cracks, find the source of the problem and fix it before moving forward.

Oil-based paint takes 6 to 8 hours to dry on average, meaning that’s the minimum time needed between the last brush stroke and the first raindrop. Latex paint dries faster at around 1 hour, and acrylic paint is even quicker, usually drying in about 30 minutes. If rain is in the forecast, check the paint manufacturer's details before laying on a new coat.

You can test to see if your mist coat has worked by using masking tape after the drying period. Apply masking tape to an inconspicuous area of the wall after the mist coat has had at least 24 hours to dry. Then, peel off the tape. It should come up clear, with no paint residue. If it does have paint residue, you may need to remove the mist coat and try coating the plaster again with a different ratio of paint and water.
