"We have been very impressed with the provider.  He is an excellent communicator and has kept us updated on when the work would be done.  Once scheduled, the work in our laundry room was completed very quickly.  We were not 100% sure on what exactly would look best for our room and the provider was very patient and diligent when helping us determine dimensions for the counter top and the walls.  The provider did a great job matching the paint to the rest of the laundry room and ensuring that the overall "look" was consistent with the cabinetry we had installed ourselves.

It took 90 minutes to do the electrical work and about 4 hours to complete the counter top.  The provider worked very cleanly and was respectful to our home.

They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. I gave them an F rating here and moved on to look for other handyman companies. Except that finding another company turned out to be easier said than done (the ones I contacted didn't serve my area or didn't want to do work on a 2-story house or were booked for months). I highly recommend Hal and Garden Structures and More for backyard fencing projects.  Hal listens to me and designs structures that match my tastes.  He provides me with guidance and suggestions that are truly helpful.  I don't spend any time managing Hal's projects or checking his work as I know that Hal has such high standards for his work.  Hal is very good at communicating with me.  I always know the status of a project because Hal has always contacted me before I can even thing about calling him.  In the end, Hal makes it really easy for me to get projects completed, which is something that I value in a contractor.  As an aside, Hal's skills and reliability extend to interior projects.  Hal has built two stair cases, refinished bathroom walls and ceiling, and completed other projects for me.  Hal is very knowledgeable, reliable, and skilled about interior projects.  Again, I highly recommend Hal and Garden Structures and More.

"I needed this work done fast to accommodate a new washer and dryer that was arriving in a few days. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. It was a 2 day project and by the time the other plumbers I called finally got back to me,  Mark was almost finished!  He is very knowledgable and advised me on a freezing pipe situation as well. He is very customer service focused and understands that if you are calling a plumber you probably want to speak to a plumber vs. voicemail. He was recommended to me by a neighbor and he will be the first plumber I call from now on.
