Best deck repair pros near Ramsey, MN

"Dan was a complete professional . Ours was a small job, small deck repair. He was willing to take on this small job. He was on time, completed the job in about 9 hours and then cleaned up taking away all of the old decking. He is a 10 out of 10."

"Tyler got the job done right, and went above and beyond. Deck flooring and railing replacement project. Quality of workmanship and materials was superior. Tyler listened to my ideas and proposed different solutions at different price points. He even painted the deck uprights, and went out of his way to replace a corner siding trim piece that was loose and in rough shape from a previous repair done by someone else. I would definitely hire Tyler again."

"Had this company build a deck for us very happy the work done. I recommend Uneek/Derrick. Give them a chance they wont disappoint.ð  Â"

"Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."

"Wonderfully! Great people to work with. The deck is very strong and well built. We will definitely call them for our next project!"

"We were really impressed with the team and the building process. It was so smooth, and we didn't have to oversee every little detail. From the initial quote, contract, permits, and HOA approval to the installation and inspection, everything was well-coordinated and communicated. The cost was competitive, and we received five quotes. Nick was the first contractor to give us an official in-person quote. He took the time to walk through our property, identified a few possible challenges in our project, and made sure to note them so the team could ensure a high-quality installation. During the inspection, the city building inspector was really impressed with the workmanship. He mentioned that the company had built the deck above and beyond the required standards. Another reviewer mentioned that "Foremost is the builder to work with for a low-stress, high-quality build." We definitely agree - you won't regret working with them."

"I needed a new deck and as KVL was referred to me by friends as professional, hard working and reliable, I gave them a call. Nick and crew had excellent communication from start to finish, sending photos of both the removal of the old deck and stages (plus the end result) of the new one. The job was completed quickly and I love my new deck. I highly recommend KVL!"
