There was a nest of wasps under my porch. He fogged under the porch because they were too far back. When I need something else done I will definitely use him again. "I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
