The tech was done in a few minutes and out of the house in 15 min after some chatting. The charge was $193, which seemed quite high. After asking for a discount, it was lowered to $175. Except for the price, I was very pleased. Bill and his tech were responsive and professional. I would hire again if the price seemed more reasonable."

We have access to other manufacturers as well. For service, repairs needing parts can be generally be completed in the first trip, as our truck stock is quite complete. We do offer free estimates for equipment installations.

"During a recent heat wave, so many AC guys were scheduling initial visits weeks away, and installs additional weeks after that. Genesis came out to review my problem days after contacted, and installed new AC about a week after that. Responsive, courteous, professional and cheaper than the area big HVAC companies."
