"In January we performed a service call on a non-working fireplace. The thermocouple was obstructed, so we fixed the problem and cleaned the unit. No parts were replaced. Then in July she called again to say its not working. We explained to her that we will get to the problem as soon as possible. July/August are our busiest cooling months. She was told that we would have it fixed before the first cool fall day. Which it was and at that time is when the thermocouple was replaced. Because she was not happy that we did not get it fixed in July there was no charge for the service call, labor or the part. We are a small family owned business with quality work and affordable pricing which makes us in high demand. Urgent calls are always taken care of first, during summer that would be air conditioning calls & during winter that would be heating calls. Having happy customers is a priority, which is why there was no charge on the 2nd service call for the member. We were sad to read this review."
