Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I purchased duplex that had a single heat source from radiators and a boiler. All radiators and the boiler were cracked from freezing and we replaced it with 2 separate systems so each tenant was responsible for their own heat & A/C. Justin and his employees were able to install the top floor furnace in the attic and add the venting through the ceiling for the 2nd floor unit. In the basement he installed a furnace and ductwork through the floors for the 1st floor unit. We did not have to go through any walls which saved time and money
It took a little time to get the project going because it was during february but once we started Justin got one furnace running so we could continue to rehab the property.
I was very happy with the service and I would highly recommend them again.
