On the day of the removal, the work crew arrived promptly at 8am.  They were quick to get started but still took time to answer my questions.  They were respectful and conscientious and did a great job.  They were also very safety-conscious.  There was some damage to a section of baseboard molding, but that was pretty minimal.
Overall, Jeff and his team did a great job, and we were quite satisfied with the work.

They put a waterproofing system in 3/4 of my basement and a sealed sump system that is quiet and working great! I have not had any water all summer and am very happy! Although the job itself was somewhat messy, they cleaned up very well and made sure I was happy and satisfied before they left.
