Jetter Clean Inc

Lee and I communicated via phone on a Friday and set an appointment for Monday as he was booked up the Friday I called. However, he called a few hours later and had time to come address the issue that day if I wanted! Even though I kept the original Monday appointment, I appreciated that he called back and could have worked my job in if needed. When Monday came, Lee called to check in when he said he would and showed up on time with everything needed to get the job done. He even left some plumbing supplies to prevent the issue from happening in the future, free of charge. Start to finish it took less than half an hour, and when I asked Lee to clean out my garage line since I had him there, he did not hesitate. It is great when a job is done well, but it is even better when it is done with true customer service in mind. As an added bonus, it wasn't even financially painful as far as home repairs go! All in all I can't imagine being happier with the service Lee with Jetter Clean provided. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of service, hands down!

We have an exceptionally long run from our kitchen to our utility room (where it drops from main floor to basement to outside).   The kitchen drain gets stopped up about once every 6-7 years.   This time I had Jetter Clean come out.  They were great!   Arrived on time, excellent job keeping a mess to a minimum (really, none at all) and best yet, really cleaned out the PVC piping system (vs just unclog the problem spot).   They ran the high pressure water all the way to the utility room (well past the clogged spot).   I would definitely use their services as I believe their system is GREAT!

Mr. Cummins was extremely punctual and courteous.  He came to check out our kitchen sink clog, which we had made a mess of by trying to pour drano into a sink with sitting water.  He  took all the water out of the sink and then proceeded to take the sink apart.  As it turns out, the clog was right in the trap below the sink.  He immediately realized this, cleared the clog, and then asked me if I still wanted to clean the pipes.  I asked him if he thought it was necessary, and he ran the water for a bit and then told me that although the pipes probably had some dirt, they were draining very well and we probably did not need to clean them out.  Now as I am sure you can tell, I know nothing about sinks and/or plumbing.  He could have absolutely taken advantage of my ignorance (as I feel many other companies would have) by convincing me to clean out the pipes anyway.  Instead he was honest, charged me almost nothing for the work that he did, and then went on his way.  My experience tells me that he is an extremely trustworthy person and I would HIGHLY recommend calling him if you are having drain issues.

Our main line, from our house to the street sewer line, was clogged.  They arrived on time, fixed it, and their price was fair.  Even gave me advice on how to avoid problem in future.

Lee came out and cleared the gunk out of the drain.  After running water, determined that it would not improve by cleaning the lines so didn't want me to incur costs not needed.  He did camera the pipes to make sure.  Since he didn't jet the pipes and it was more an educational thing for me he didn't charge me for the brief time he was there.  I have used Jetter Clean in the past at the old residence and was very pleased with their service and will always use them if drains/pipes need to be clean.  As Lee said, "We aren't the cheapest company in the area, but we aren't the most expensive either".  I still think they are reasonable.

I called Jetter Clean to ask about clearing a clogged basement shower drain.  It was only draining at a trickle.  I felt confident with his info over the phone.  Lee came out later the same morning.  He cleared out the hair and sludge in the drain.  It's working good now.  He was very professional.  He used a high pressure water hose connected to his truck.  He cleaned up well after his work.   I just had to do a little cleaning on the shower floor when he was done.  Charge was $99 with the coupon off their internet site.  Work is guaranteed for 30 days.  I chose Jetter Clean after reading a positive review on Angie's List.

The person I spoke with said they had a full schedule but they would attempt to fit me in at the end of the day at 3:30pm with the possibility of having to reschedule for tomorrow.  Around 3pm I received a phone call saying they would be able to come out but it might be closer to 4pm.  I received another phone call close to 4pm saying they were on the way.  I appreciated the phone updates so I wasn't kept wondering when/if they would arrive.
Upon arrival they laid out protective coverings on all the flooring leading to the work area and put on booties to protect the carpet. The workers were courteous and professional.  When finished they cleaned the area they were working on leaving no debris or mess.  In addition to the plugged drain I also noted they ran the cleaning device through a nearby floor drain at no expense.
They applied a $99 off coupon I didn't know existed and advised me to check their webpage for coupons the next time I needed to call. Payment was expected before they departed.  My total was $99.  

The drain which they cleaned is located under concrete. It's important to keep it clear because it would be a huge problem to get to.  We had a different company come before Jetter, and they couldn't get the job done.  We were referred to Jetter by a friend, and they were terrific. They did a really good job, and we will definitely use them again.

Didn't seem to be plugged but they performed the service.  Drain did not seem to run any better after the service.

They were there within 2 hours, covered my hardwood steps and floor with protective cloths and were very careful with the hose and other equipment.

It took only about 30 mins and they had the drain open. The technician was polite and pleasant. I would definitely use them again.

Quick and professional, great equipment and attitude

After we had a major sewer line break and flood or house we needed to find out what the cause was. Looked up a number at random from the yellow pages. They were helpful over the phone and put us at ease. They arrived within an hour. The inspected all of the lines in our house and found a crack in the the sewer lines. They explained everything they were doing and were very clean. Laying towels on the floors to keep the equipment off our floor. They completed the job and told us that they have a 30 day guarantee and that after the plumbing lines are replaced to call them to inspect the work and to clean any debris that may come loose from all the work being done. This was free of charge and was top notch.

The service person explained what he was going to do, was careful to cover his shoes before he came in and covered my hardwood floors with towels to protect them from the small hose used to flush the pipes. The plug took less than 30 minutes to clear out and there was no mess. He put the pipes back together and tested for leaks. Pleasant and courteous, I would definitely call them again. I had an unpleasant experience years ago in which a plumber came to unplug a floor drain and ended up breaking the base of the toilet. This service uses only pressurized water to flush out the clog.

Have used them before and will use them again. They work with my schedule and are absolutely dependable.
