These guys are highly recommended! I really appreciate a company that stands by their work, gets it done fast, and done right. We had our laundry room drain start backing up on a Sunday morning. I didn’t know why our drains were backing up at the time so I started calling plumbers and companies like Rotor Router, because we live in the country and being Sunday morning, I either got an answering machine, or somebody that said it was going to be a long time before they could come out. When I called Rochester Drain Rite I was pleased to have a real person answer the phone, She reassured me they could get somebody out to us within 2 hours, wow. Curt showed up on time and was professional; he went out of his way to keep our new floors clean. Curt even explained what he found and gave me some tips to trouble shoot in the future. The pump was replaced and working in about an hour. I was told the work was guaranteed and the pump came with a warranty. I never really believe in warranties but I needed to use it a few days later. Yes we had the new pump stop working and called Rochester Drain Rite; they had somebody out to us in just over 2 hours. The second Tech Norm was as professional as Curt. Norm found a thin plastic disc that had been sitting flush on the bottom of the drain basket; this was not visible as the water had sewage in it and being flat couldn’t be felt. The bottom line is, they had our pump up and running in about 30 minutes and absolutely no additional cost. Rochester Drain Right will be my first call if I ever have another drainage or plumbing problem. Sincerely, William B.

The problem ended up being a blockage about 20 to 25 feet into the pipe explaining why a plunger and drain cleaners were not doing the job. We really liked that when we called to request service, someone answered the phone and we didn't have to leave a message. We got an appointment window of 2 hours which we found reasonable. The man that came was professional and clean, he did not leave a mess at all. Very good service.

Went very well. Representative showed on time and quickly went to work. Had my secondary home drain clear in less than an hour. Cleaned up his work area. Very impressed with their workmanship.

The serviceman was very personable and explained everything as he went along. It took a bit longer than he expected and he had to add a larger and quot;knifeand quot; to the machine to fully clear the obstruction. After that, the drain cleared and it has been working great since.

Went well. This person was capable and efficient, and did the job without any problems. Drain is now working much better.

Awoke to water backing up from floor drains in our basement, an apparent main sewer line obstruction.
Our regular plumber recommended Rochester Drain Rite believing they had the router and camera required. I called them immediately, at about 8 am. By 8:30 the serviceman, Bob, was at the door. He got right to work, identified and repaired the obstruction in our main sewer pipe. Also offered recommendations, some and quot;Dos and Don'tsand quot; for prevention. Bob was friendly and efficient.
I do not know, as I write this, whether the bill will be in line or not but his off he cuff estimate sounded reasonable. The Bill will be sent in mail.

They are affordable and good. He had cleared our laundry line as it was backing up into our utility sink in the basement. We have them come out whenever we need them. We have an old house, and one of the pipes to the main sewer line was corroded, so they came out and it was obviously a desperate situation for us, but they didn't capitalize us on that, and they charged only $55, which is the patch, which is all I needed. I haven't had any problems with the quality of the work and it's not the most attractive thing. They are very responsive.
