"Iâ m really frustrated with the overall experience. The service itself was fine, and I have to give the technician a solid 5 stars for their work. However, the extra charge for relocating the building was absolutely outrageous $1,400! That is just crazy when the initial property survey and building location cost $2,000. I was willing to pay extra for the new location after the city did not approve the initial site, but not that much! The total I ended up paying was $3,200, even after Kelly knocked off $200. The initial estimate was supposed to be between $1,500 and $2,000."

We’ve had dozens of timelines and revised timelines that they’ve completely blown past and we have no idea if they’ll ever finish what they started. We’ve had to pour countless hours of our own time and thousands of our own funds to try to remedy what they’ve done and it will likely be more once this is all said and done. I wish I could go back in time and warn myself, but instead I’ll warn you."
