A large tree limb cracked away from its trunk and landed over, but not on, our fence after a significant storm. Even though many others suffered damage, Uppercut found a way to come and remove the limb before it completely broke away and fell onto the fence. Had the limb given way, the fence repair would've been significant. Uppercut understood the issue and responded very quickly, considering all of the work they had that weekend. This was our first experience Uppercut and we look forward to working with them, again!!

Jesse and a crew of 5 had all the right equipment to get this job done. They put in nearly 10 hours a day for 2 days to remove or trim every tree that we had marked, approximately twenty 100 year old oaks and a handful of dead spruce. When they were done, the area was as clean as when they started. Jesse was extremely easy to work with and did everything that I wanted plus more. A+

Showed up with crew when said. Jessie did the dangerous high tree work. This was done very close to the house and over a deck and they handled it with precision and safety. Hauled all the wood away, cleaned up, very challenging getting large heavy wood up a steep hill. Did so without damaging the lawn. Very satisfied, highly professional. I'd use again and recommend.
After the terrible storms last year I tried to get them back. They were very straightforward in telling me the difficulty with their availability. They did not promise and not show, they turned down the work by telling me when they would likely be able to get back to me. Thought this was done professionally without trying to string me on for the business.

Crew of 3 men and lots of equipment arrived bright and early on appointment date. They quickly reviewed plan with me and got to work trimming trees and brush to gain access to the backyard where the real issue was, a 60 ft mostly-dead birch tree. One of the men climbed the tree and cut it down in sections starting from the top, while the other two men cleaned up branches as they fell. The whole process went quickly and the guys cleaned up everything very thoroughly, from small branches to the main trunk of the tree, which they removed in large chunks with a skid - steer loader.

They were very professional. They need to drive on the lawn to get to some of the branches and protected the lawn so there were no tire track or damage to the grass. Excellent clean up when job was finished.

They were good at responding to me and keeping in touch with me about the project. They had all of the work done within one day. They were fast, efficient and friendly.

Jessie did the quote and was there for the work - he did most of the actual cutting, and his crew ground the stump and cleared brush. He seemed to know what he was doing, and offered options, along with how long it would be before we'd need more trimming done with each. He is personable, and we enjoyed working with him.

We got 3 quotes, this one was the most reasonable, and he really seemed like he knew what he was doing. He also did both the quote and the work, so what we discussed was exactly what was done. There were other guys on the crew, but he did all the climbing work. It was very hot the week he did the work, and I got the feeling he treated his crew well - his wife brings ice-cream on hot days and so on. We were very satisfied.

We had a tree blow down in our front yard. It had split so that one side lay in our neighbor's yard and the other side in our yard. Upper Cut came out in the evening and gave an estimate for clearing the tree and grinding the stump. We were leaving for a vacation the next morning and let our daughter know to expect them that day. She called later to say that the tree was all cleared by the time she got to the house. We asked them for the chips and so they dumped the truck on our driveway as planned. The area looked very clean from the pictures our daughter sent us. The only damage was to some plants when they did the stump grinding. However, they are perennials and were already harassed by the tree falling.

They are really good. They were very responsive and came out when they said they would. They did everything that they said they were going to do for the price.

They were very prompt, very polite and very friendly. They did a great job cleaning up everything.

Called for a quote and they came out the same day and gave of the estimate on the spot. After getting other bids that where more we called them on Tue to schedule and they where out the next morning on time and finished the project within a 4 hours.
