His knowledge and responsiveness instilled great confidence and trust. It's obvious this man knows a lot about how houses work and how to fix things. He also quickly picked up that I understand some about handywork and he engaged me in that conversation--never speaking down to me. Jerry sent Dave, the handyman, to do the job and he was meticulous and efficient.
