"I have used Weld & Sons multiple times since 2016. The professionalism, quality and prices were always very good. I have given this company a 5 star rating a couple times due to their terrific service. The price to replace my toilet yesterday was $535, while the prices in 2016 were $206 for one and $263 for the other (which included replacing a leaky shut off valve). Even with inflation going up, that's a 260% increase in 7 years. That comes out to a 37% inflation rate per year. While I also realize replacing a toilet for one plumber can take longer than another, I find it rather disappointing that a company I loved and used multiple times is a company I may not use again as I have no clue what I will be charged for the same service I received before and it's 100% dependent on the speed of the person doing the install with rates of $176 an hour."

"Just recently had a 48in x 48in egress window installed in our basement. The 2 gentlemen, Caleb & Graham were nothing short of awesome. I'm a retired carpenter and I can say their craftsmanship was second to none. Clean, precise. I was enjoying the perfect gape in our foundation and the framework even before they installed the window, because it was being done properly. Heck, even the hole they dug for the well was precise. "The work that was done was actually done well. The problem was the very next year we had many pits show up on the apron of the garage. I was told by the owner that "it was a bad year", and basically a lot of concrete suffered. No offer from him to come see or even patch the work. It was several thousand dollars to have this done only to be left with crumbling work. UPDATE: After posting a mediocre review on Angie’s List, Paul contacted me. Somehow our communications from the past fell through the cracks. He was sincerely apologetic (I believed him). He came out and inspected the problem. I was still under warranty, and he came out and replaced the outer apron and repaired the chipped concrete near the door a few days later. I now fully endorse Armstrong Concrete and I am happy with the outcome."

Then a 14pp proposal with many large drone photos, clear explanations of what to do, and a price for each element. They rebuilt the top 3 layers of chimney brick and the concrete cap, repaired the cracked brick wingwall, and tuckpointed the lot. Replacement bricks matched. Tuckpoint mortar matched. These guy are not just brick masons - they're artists. Crew was courteous and the foreman helpful in guiding me through a couple of minor on-site decisions I needed to make. The final price was just as quoted. Highly recommended!"

"Highview Plumbing repaired my sewer line. The line was broken as a result of tree roots that infiltrated the pipe. Highview Plumbing fixed the pipe by installing a cured in place pipe (CIPP). Highview did a great job with the installation and left virtually no trace once they were finished. The inside of my house was as clean as when they first arrived (no mean feat given all of the rain and mud on my lawn that day) and they left the driveway and lawn spotless when they finished the job. I enthusiastically recommend Highview Plumbing. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and extraordinarily diligent in their work. If you are looking for someone to install a CIPP pipe, look no further."

"We thought we needed our foundation excavated, sealed and drain-tiled. Kevin came to estimate the work. He spent a full hour inspecting our foundation and landscaping and showed us the drain tile already in place and how the foundation appeared to be sealed. He recommended that we manually do a minimal amount of landscaping to improve the grade and even suggested a company to help with that. He did not request payment for his in depth consultation, but I asked to pay him for his time since he probably saved us $1000 to $3000 in excavation and landscaping costs. This is the second time Kev has really helped us out. Several years ago in a different house he helped us repair a truly cracked, leaking foundation.
