Just recently had a 48in x 48in egress window installed in our basement. The 2 gentlemen, Caleb & Graham were nothing short of awesome. I'm a retired carpenter and I can say their craftsmanship was second to none. Clean, precise. I was enjoying the perfect gape in our foundation and the framework even before they installed the window, because it was being done properly. Heck, even the hole they dug for the well was precise. Both Caleb & Graham were very friendly, communicative and courteous. Would use again and highly recommend.

They were prompt. They performed the work as promised in a fast and professional manner. They cleaned everything up after they finished to the extent that I did not have to do anything. Even added a few extras at a discount. We got exactly what we were expecting and more. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We hired the Egress Window Guy to install a new egress window in place of a leaking glass block window in our basement. Their quote process was easy and straight forward. Installation was done within one day, and we couldn't be happier with the results. There is so much more light coming into our basement now, and we have a lot more peace of mind knowing it is an additional exit point should we ever need it (hopefully we don't). We are thrilled with the results and would recommend the Egress Window Guy to anyone in the market for adding a new egress window to their home.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They scheduled the install, showed up at 7:30 as scheduled, and blazed right through the job. It's obvious they've done this a million times because nothing phased them and they had the right tools and supplies to do the work quickly and accurately. The windows and especially the timber well look amazing. In addition, they were just nice people.

I was so pleased with the work done by the Egress Window Guy crew completed on Friday 11/2. The whole process has been so professional and the work done just excellent. I will be hiring them to redo and enlarge my other existing egress window in the spring.

The work was done, but don't go out and check on the worker, he loves to talk and talk. Needless to say when you get billed, your billed for all his talk time as well as what time he took to shop for supplies to work on your site. Then if you complain they will give you a discount which is nice, but black ball you for future work. I have a second window well I like to have done, at the time the sales man said it be no problem. Then when I went to set the appointment up, I was told they won't work for people like me? I guess one shouldn't complain for paying time for them to shop and gab on the job?

Nik and his crew did an excellent job! We added one egress to the north side of our house and one double egress on the south side with a timber-stepped window well. They took great great pride in their work and it showed. They were able to get all the work done in a 1.5 days and even worked in the rain. They showed up on time and took extra care with cleanup. The inspector showed up and said these guys always go above and beyond, which was great to hear. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS.

The Service was great. The office staff was kind and responsive as well as keeping me up to date. The men who did the work were fantastic. They were professional and did a great job not doing anymore damage to the grass than they had too. I would hire them again without question.

They did excellent work and clean-up. We had one existing egress that was not draining and water would rise more than 6" above the glass on the window. The new wells have no water back up at all! Wells and windows are a year old now and have no leaks or water pooling. The white galvanized wells still look new, no wear or rust. A Safe-T View cover was installed to prevent the kids from falling in and has worked wonderfullly, preventing injuries to the kids playing all around it! Thank you, Thank you!

I can't say enough about Egress Window Guy. I originally submitted an online estimate, but due to some complexities of the install needed a closer look. Don came out to my home and helped size everything up and left me feeling confident they were qualified and would be easy to communicate with. Come installation day, the guys were professional, quick and did a quality job.

Clearly communicated the work that would be done, who would do it, what to expect, and time frame. All completed according to plan.

The business has changed hands since our first Egress was installed and the cost has gone up. What has not changed is the quality of the work. The two-man team was prompt, courtious and friendly. We could not be happier and highly recommend this company for your Egress Window needs.

Nick and Carson of Egress Window Guy LLC could not have been more professional, courteous, on-time, friendly and helpful.  The guys were scheduled to show up to my house "between 7:30 and 8:00 am".  They showed up at exactly 7:30.  Nick walked me through what would happen during the day and asked if I had any questions.  
The guys were helpful at every step of the way and couldn't have been more accommodating when I had questions or concerns.
The cost of the project was expensive but, I'm assuming, average for the industry.  Despite that, it was well worth it.  The project was done right, on time and even above and beyond minimum requirements for city code.
I usually don't give such glowing reviews but Nick, Carson and Egress Window Guy, LLC really do deserve it.  
We had a dinner party that same night and half of the people there were so impressed with the workmanship and the stories about the project that they wanted the contact information for Egress Window Guy, LLC so they could get their own egress window projects done.
