"Jay and his helper did a great job on a framing/subfloor repair project in my home. He’s very responsive, upfront, and easy to communicate with, something that can be hard to find with larger companies. A few issues came up during the project and Jay was always willing to work through them without hesitation. I appreciated that he was honest about what needed to be done and flexible with a smaller scope that other contractors didn’t want to take time with. "Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."
