"Highly recommend Madsen Concrete. Tom did our driveway 4 years ago. Since then, it has stayed in great shape. We just reached the date for our 4-5 year resurfacing. We are usually DIYers but with such a visible part of our home we wanted professional service and product. We called Tom back up and he was again easy to work with, great at communicating, and friendly. We will be giving him a call again in another 4-5 years."

"I am a renter and my landlord unfortunately decided to hire these guys to perform work on our house after a bad storm we had last summer. They initially came and worked on portions of the roof then after a couple of weeks, they would show up randomly for sometimes only an hour at a time. The work officially started around late September and did not quite finish until December of last year. The work ethic was horrible, they left nails all around the lawn and also left their equipment laying around our property for months at a time. Instead of throwing away the leftover siding and pallets they came in on, they decided to officially leave it all on our property so now I have to find a way to dispose of it. Very unprofessional and would not recommend such poor and lazy company to anyone. DO NOT HIRE."

Our company is comprised of skillfully trained technicians and laborers who's talents are all individually utilized to professionally complete the vast array of services that we offer. Our success started in the commercial, retail, industrial, and municipal sectors. For the past few years we have been providing our services to the residential and private sectors. We realized that our level of professionalism and expertise that was expected from our commercial clients would be a unique and refreshing experience to our neighbors at home and throughout the community, especially if our pricing was competitive while our services yielded first-class results!

Atticus Insulation is a high quality high performance spray foam insulation company. We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. We perform our work with the attitude that this country was built upon. Give people what they pay for and let the work speak for itself. We would be more than happy to take a look at any problems or projects you have. Thanks for taking a look!
"Atticus Insulation is Amazing! They are very professional, dedicated, prompt, and knowledgeable. They take the time to get everything right and are very thorough. They go over options and explain the differences, eg perimeter vs whole attic floor spray foam. This is an important job and it needs to be done right. Getting it wrong can be expensive and very problematic. This is the company to call. They take great pride in the work they do, and are up to date with the latest developments in the field. They really live for the work they do and it shows. I spent many hours getting estimates from many different companies before a consultant steered me to Atticus after a previous insulator left us a number of headaches. With Atticus, you definitely get what you paid for."

We will make any project our best project.
"Horrible communication. Delayed work for months which cost us a lot of money. Brandon and Detailed by Design are not upfront about costs and their ability to complete projects on time. We met with the owner Brandon to address all the issues and finally agreed to a resolution which would have still been a loss to us however he reneged at the last minute and did not pay to replace the old furnace he tried to pass off as new. If you choose to use this business, check all receipts on "new" appliances they say they installed. We reported this business to the Department of Labor because of the shoddy work in installing the furnace and because the furnace was old when we paid for a new furnace. The dept of labor confirmed they were not licensed to install the furnace. We paid for a new furnace ourselves and a licensed contractor to install it. Overall a lot of issues and an absolute nightmare. We are still working on recouping some of our costs from this business."

Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.
While it is possible to remove snow from your roof without a professional, we don’t recommend it. Accessing your roof can be a dangerous task; pair that with slippery ice and snow that can be heavy to move, and you have a very risky problem on your hands. This dangerous situation becomes more high-risk when there’s a snowstorm or your roof has a steep pitch. To ensure that everyone stays safe, be sure to call a roof snow removal specialist to complete this job with the proper tools and equipment.
While removing every snowflake from your roof is unnecessary, you should remove a significant buildup of snow. Since snow is wet and heavy, it can easily cause damage to your roof, which can lead to needing costly repairs.
Additionally, when the snow melts but has nowhere to go and refreezes, it can create an ice dam, causing mold concerns due to water leaking into your attic and ceiling. For these reasons, it’s best to hire a snow removal professional to clear heavy snowfall from your roof as soon as possible.
Yes, some homeowners insurance policies cover roof damage caused by snow. However, these full or partial payouts can vary depending on the age of your roof and other related factors, like the overall condition it was in before the snowfall. It’s best to check with your specific homeowners insurance policy to determine snow damage coverage and exclusions.
The cost of removing snow from a roof averages between $300 and $700. However, this cost can range from $200 to $3,000, depending on the size of your roof, the amount of snow, and roof accessibility.
Since snowfall can range from light powder to heavy and condensed snow, part of the price of roof snow removal depends on the amount and type of snow. For 12 inches of snow, you can expect to pay between $200 and $2,000 for this job. However, for 24 inches of snow, that price rises to $300 to $3,000.
