My new windows are simply stunning! I’m pretty sure the temperature in my house went up 20 degrees after the new windows were installed. The guys who did the work did an amazing job. They were friendly, quick, clean and paid attention to detail.

Tacheny it’s a great company contractor to work with. They are good in professionalism, and communication. Also as well on getting the work done on timeline frame. I will definitely recommend Tacheny again.

Had Tacheny out to my home after the storm and from start to finish they were amazing! My sales rep, Victor, fought for me with the insurance company and they covered all the damage that they originally denied. The office staff were all so nice and easy to work with. There were some hiccups here and there due to material shortage and labor shortage but in the end, my home turned out beautiful. Thank you Tacheny Exteriors for everything!

I heard good things about the company. They are family owned, and they've been doing this a long time. That resonated with me. Quality workmanship, good communication and a local company run with a strong value system is comforting. Especially after a big storm when you aren't quite sure where to turn or who to trust. The Tacheny's came and inpected my roof and discover over 60 hail hits in a 10x10 area of my roof. Fortunately, they worked with my insurance company and got the entire roof covered.

After working with another contractor that had poor communication and would not work with my insurance company, I called Tacheny. Blake, one of there Project Manager, met with me within a couple of days and worked with my insurance company to cover my roof, siding, and windows on three separate structures! All the different trades were well-coordinated, and everything was finished within two weeks. Thank you, Blake and Tacheny, for the help!

Tacheny came around after a large storm in our area. The sales rep was nice, however not much of what he promised has been delivered on. I was promised the work would be done in ~4 weeks (by the first week in October), and the work is not finished yet. Some of the work is done, but not all of it, and I am being told it will be another 2 weeks. When I called the main office, they have no info or notes from the sales rep on timing, etc. So far, I've been placed more or less at the back of the line. It is very frustrating as we are having lots of other work being done to our house and this work by Tacheny needs to be finished before the other work can start. I explained that to the sales rep, but it did not get translated to the main office. The sales rep was supposed to be connecting with by insurance company as well about some mis-quoted items, I am assuming that hasn't happened either. I would NOT use this company, or recommend them. If they would have been upfront with communication/timing/etc and not promised what couldn't be delivered, I wouldn't have any issues. But, I was promised work to be done by now and it is not done yet. And their best offer so far is to go to the back of the line. There's been lots of roof/siding work in the neighborhood, all of which had various company signs go in their yards at about the same time. However, All the Tacheny signs are still up and most of the others are gone because the other companies have finished the work while Tacheny hasn't, so I can't imagine I'm the only one dealing with the issues created by the sales rep. I'm usually not a complainer, but I may be contacting the BBB.

The Tacheny crew was very professional and took care to protect our shrubbery and yard. The roof looks great and has gone through several thunderstorms with no problems. Cleanup was thorough. We highly recommend them.
