"Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different. I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues."

It was a difficult and complicated job, as the house had non-standard sizes for things and has shifted and moved as all old homes do, but Ben patiently worked it all out, and now we have two beautiful, well-fitted, secure and weatherproof doors on our home. I could not be more grateful. Definitely would recommend his work, and he's a nice guy, too."

Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."
