I feel extremely fortunate to have had the excellent service, skill and craftsmanship from Craftsman Choice. Mike Ziegler, Jeff Witt, Darrin and Phil from the roofing crew, Michael from the siding crew, Jose from the shingling crew and Valente from the painting crew (and of course all of the workers who worked with them) not only did an excellent job and provided great leadership, but they were attentive to every single question or concern I had. This is an extremely talented team of people. I live in a 1920s cottage-style house and wanted to maintain the integrity and original style of my home. I got bids from three different construction companies, but none of them paid attention to the details like Craftsman. They followed through on every item. Highly recommended

Over the last 5 years Craftsman Choice worked with us to replace our roof, all of our windows (42) and all of our doors. We had such a positive experience with the roof, when it came time to do our windows and doors, they won our business. The thing that makes Craftsman Choice stand out is their attention to detail, their responsiveness to our inquiries, and any actions required after installation. They even repaired an issue from our siding vendor as that company stop responding immediately after installation. Craftsman Choice, to this day. responds. There are very few roofing, window, door, and siding folks that will respond once they are paid, but Craftsman Choice continues to respond. I also have to speak highly about the salesperson, the project managers, and the craftsman that we experienced over this time frame. All performed highly, were great to work with, accommodating, knowledgeable, and made the projects easy. Sales was upfront, transparent, patient, and honest. Project managers were responsive, gave the bad news fast if there was any, and worked with us to get the job done to our satisfaction. The craftsman working for Craftsman Choice are all true craftsmen; and I do not use that term lightly. They have been there, done that, and that experience shown through thoroughly in each job performed. There will always be issues, but how Craftsman Choice chooses to deal with the issues makes them stand out. I have referred them to many coworkers and friends and have had no regrets in making a recommendation. I am not an employee; I do not own stock in Craftsman Choice, but the reason I write this is when someone performs poorly, I speak up. And, when someone does a good job, I like to make it known. FYI the $90k I mentioned in this was over three different jobs and several years. Would I go back to a poor company? No, I would not. I went back to Craftsman Choice twice

I picked up my new storm door on Friday and called and emailed about 5 of the installers (on the sheets at Menards for hiring out for different jobs) and even a few friends that are contractors. One was Double what Mike charges, one wanted all the info on my door before they’d give and estimate and never a call back at all from 2 others. Mike was great. I had the door here, due to Holiday (Easter) weekend, he booked me for Tuesday morning right after another job he did in the area. Couldn’t have asked for a better price, quicker service or a better job! I’d call him again if needed!

"Working with Eric and his team was amazing. Right from the initial meeting with Eric where he was able to break down every part of the project and give us an accurate estimate we knew we were going to enjoy the process of working with Swencraft.
Everyone on his team was amazing. Jeremy the plumber rocked it and was able to totally transform the room with a toilet and a sink into an actual beautiful functional bathroom.
Nate the electrician was wonderful to work with and we were able to add a lot of little quality of life changes to the greater basement on top of the specific things he was doing for the remodel.
Eric's family: Jade, Brody & Michelle were all great to work with as well. Jade and Brody were nice to have around during the days and Michelle helped with finish decisions to really make the project complete.

"We hired David of Fusion Finishing to assist in finishing/refinishing our basement. This project included refinishing the basement living space and bathroom and finishing other spaces to create a hallway and bedroom. From our first phone call to completion of the project, we appreciated David's professionalism and knowledge. He listened to what we wanted to do and came back with a detailed and itemized estimate of what was needed to make it happen. In addition, David was willing to partner with us on the scope of work to be completed so that I could both own a segment of work for which I was qualified for and keep project cost reasonable. He communicated with us regularly via e-mail, phone and text message to keep us apprised of status and to ask any necessary questions to keep the project moving forward. He was quick to answer our questions and to offer thoughtful suggestions in order to improve upon our plans or adjust to challenges encountered . He kept a clean work site and didn't complain when my wife stepped in wet cement (her fault). His quality of work is top notch and all subcontractors brought in were of the same level.
