I can’t say enough great things about Apple Valley Garage Door. From my very first interaction with Matt Whyte to the final completion of the repairs, the entire experience was exceptional. Our garage door was in rough shape and wouldn’t close. Despite having a personal commitment that evening, Matt went out of his way to stop by and make sure the door could be secured for the night — a gesture that truly went above and beyond. While he was there, he thoroughly assessed the situation, provided a fair and honest quote, and offered to schedule the work as soon as the next day, based on what worked best for us. Matt and his team were prompt, professional, hardworking, and incredibly attentive to detail. They made sure every part of the job was done right. Terrific experience. A metal part on my garage door snapped where the opener arm pulls the door. I called them based on a neighbors recommendation. They were able to stop by in the afternoon and fix it in about 30 minutes at a very fair price. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained what happened and how they were going to fix it to make it stronger and less likely to happen again. 100% satisfied and would recommend them if you need someone to look at your garage door and/or opener.

Great! They were here in 2-3 hours - even though I hadn't requested a rush or indicated the repair was urgent. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Explained a few things to me. Proactively fixed another issue I didn't even know existed, but was obvious when they pointed it out to me. I thought the price was fair. I would recommend, and would hire again.

I contacted Apple Valley Garage Door company at 12:08 pm on August 18, 2021. I was updated by "Matt" regarding the timelines that he could be by to fix the door that literally came off the track. My garage door was repaired by 3:55 pm. He and his partner were very courteous, professional, and down right nice despite the heat and humidity. I'm having them come back next week to replace the retaining bar/weather seal on the bottom of the door.

They did an awesome job - quick, courteous, got me in the day I called.

Torsion Springs Replacement

Great communication and arrived on time. Replaced both torsion springs as the age of the existing spring couldn't be determined. No pressure to add to work order. Works like new! I used Angie's List and was given a discount. We would definitely recommend Apple Valley Garage Door.

Matt and his coworker were punctual and very nice. They came on a cold January evening to repair the garage door. They repaired it quickly, fixing a broken cable and bent track. They also tightened the chain on the garage door opener. The door operates smoothly, is quieter, and works better than it ever did.
