Crawford has done a few repairs on our garage doors, including a new opener and cable replacement. Everything has been fast, friendly, well-done, and reasonably priced. Most recently he let me know that our broken opener could be repaired rather than replaced, at a considerable cost savings. I'd recommend without reservation.

Before contacting Crawford, I called Genie, the garage door company, and tried troubling shooting the reason my door wouldn't close. They offered many suggestions including replacing the sensors. I used Crawford, because they had originally replaced my garage door and I was very happy with their service. Ron, the service tech, tried troubleshooting the reasons it wouldn't close before he installed the sensors. My wife, who was home at the time, appreciated his troubleshooting and diligence before suggesting that he needed to replace the bad sensors. She said he didn't try upsalling her to buy the sensors before he tried all other options and greatly appreciated that.

Very efficient installation process. The door works very well; it is light-weight, fits perfectly, and is of very high-grade material. It was not the cheapest bid that I got, but product quality and company standards was important to me. Personnel are friendly, professional, and reliable. No high pressure sales; just good product and company. The door that was removed was a Crawford door that was installed in 1957!

Excellent. From the first call to Rick, Crawford was helpful, transparent, and no-pressure. Rick gave me a ballpark quote over the phone and then sent someone to do an in-person estimate. I explained that we needed a new door and opener but weren't interested in anything fancy because the garage is ancient and unheated. The salesperson helped us pick out a high quality, low cost door and opener and gave us a fixed price, including installation. After the door arrived, Rick promptly set up an install. The installer was super cooperative and did the work without us even needing to be home. When we got home, the door was finished and looked great. I know nothing about garage doors but could tell that the work was done carefully (everything from how the wires were run looked neat and squared away). The installer even threw in a free exterior opener! We were really impressed and will be recommending Crawford to our friends. Thanks Rick!

It went extremely well. My car was trapped inside the garage when the spring broke. I called at 7 am and was able to get a same day appoint. Ron the technician called as scheduled when he was 15 minutes from my house. He immediately diagnosed the problem. Another technician had worked on my garage in 2011. I could not recall what part had been fixed at that time. He had the notes with him and clarified a different part had been fixed. He fixed the door very quickly. He was professional and polite. He even went the extra mile and added some screws to the bottom of the door where the rubber seal had become detached from the bottom of the door and was coming loose. Now my door works great and looks nice too! Thank you Ron and Crawford door.

They were very prompt and professional. They even saved me money by having me bring in my garage door remote as opposed to coming out and charging me a service fee. I was very pleased with the work they've done for me and will use them again in the future.

The service went great. They did a good job and the pricing was fair. They were very responsive and will be back out to replace the garage door opener. They came out about 4 hours after calling for the service and completed the job in about 1 hour. The technician was knowledgeable and was great at explaining everything to me.

A cable broke on our overhead garage door leaving it partway up and angled with the rail stuck and bent. It wouldn't go up or down. I called Crawford in the morning and they were able to repair the door that afternoon. The technician went to work and had it operating in 30 minutes. He said he sees this all the time and had no trouble fixing it. He replaced both cables and adjusted the door and rollers. It works like new. I had used Crawford one other time when a spring broke and that job went well also. I found them on Angie's List.
