"A few months later, when I noticed more condensation between the panes of glass on one of the doors, I called and they came out. They told me that I hadn’t hired them to replace BOTH panes; that they had only done one of the two doors. Really??? I told them that I would never have agreed to pay $900for a single replacement pane when both were cloudy. It was clear that representative I had met with had been cagey and dishonest. He and i had talked very clearly about BOTH doors being cloudy and he never once told me he was only putting in a work order to replace one and not the other. This was a very DISHONEST approach. Buyer beware if you use these guys."

"The room was completed on schedule but they did not complete all of the work the were supposed to do. The bathroom was completed but they installed a piece of the wall covering with a large chip in it and installed the bathroom stool incorrectly that caused it to leak. I contacted Rick many times via text and he responded that he would call to set up a time to correct my problems. He never called me back or tried to contact me."

I have been cleaning windows in the Mankato MN area for five years. I am in a partnership with my Fiance Carrie who helps me meet a high customer service standard with her clerical expertise and moral support. I have reliable help which I employ when needed. I specialize in residential window cleaning, but also clean several local business windows on a regular basis. According to customer feedback, my prices are not high compared to other window cleaners and am told that I do a better job than other window cleaners that they have employed. I try to take care of the little details that may be overlooked if a job is rushed. For example, I clean the interior and exterior frames around the window, wipe the edges of the glass, clean the sills, am careful about drips on the siding and the flooring or beautiful wood trim inside homes. Also, I move funiture and place back, remove and wipe screens, dust off the tops of trim and hard to reach sills, and pay attention to the dog. All of this is included in the basic service. My goal is to build a trusting and healthy relationship with my clients, earning repeat business, and building my own personal integrity by doing a high quality job that I am proud of.
