H&M Tree Service, LLC

This was a bizarre experience - we actually hired this company a number of times. The guys seemed to really do a pretty good job if youâ re on site; however, for this last job, I had to go to work and told them what to do. They didnâ t apparently understand the directions, called Erika who called me - went through it with me, and I told her I will take care of the bill as soon as they were done with it so to call me back, and apparently they decided to leave without doing anything and no phone call for weeks. I called back a few days ago, radio silence husband called and they answered and she went on to use every excuse and sticking to a schedule and blaming me for them not staying or getting anything started even though they could have just called me. She told me they donâ t care if I use another company and Iâ ve paid them easily 15-20,000. For previous work. So as long as you donâ t care about horrific customer service, a complete lack of understanding and being ignored if you try to hire them to complete what they never started then theyâ re the company for you otherwise donâ t learn the hard way.

All around fantastic work. Reliable, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend h&m tree svc to any of my friends and family.

Great crew, best price, friendly and prompt

They wrecked spots on my grass in the back yard from the stump grinder blades so I had to fill it in with dirt & grass seed. They also scratched up our driveway in front, with those same blades. I tryed washing the marks off. That helped. I think they're lightened up enough now. Fortunately there wasn't any intentions on the cement.

H & M were very friendly, took their time to remove the tree without causing damage to our deck or other trees. Cleaned up very nicely afterwards.

I'm not sure how to start this review. I hired them to take down a large elm in our front yard. They arrived early on a Saturday morning, had my neighbor move his truck to make room for their truck and wagon and then proceeded to cut a branch off our neighbor's tree in their front yard. The H&M employees sent to take our tree down, were given the incorrect google map address, they didn't double check what address was on the invoice, they actually were told by our neighbor when he moved his truck that it wasn't this (his) tree that was getting cut. My neighbor went in to make coffee and 10 minutes later had his tree branch cut and lying on the ground. NOT GOOD! When our tree was being cut, the workers were professional, no damage was done to either house from the very towering elm. They cleaned up the area. They could have used cardboard or something to help prevent lawn divits. I thought the company did just fine taking down our tree and cleaning up the stump BUT they need to be more professional and double check address!!!!! Which seems so simple.

They showed at the time agreed on and worked quickly.
