We understand that sending a week-ahead notification and a day-before reminder may still misalign with individual schedules. This is why we offer free return service for the inside or anything else that could not be accessed. The great thing about the service you set up for your home is that keeping the regularly scheduled services maintains the barriers against pests. If you notice any activity that needs addressed, just let us know and we will return free of charge. We'll reach out to you to look for a good time to get the service scheduled as well as resolve the confusion over the service agreement. It hasn't been renewed. On the billing issue, I looked at the notes and account activity and it appears that it took time for the check to get to us through the mail, but I want to make sure I am not missing anything else that needs addressed. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry you have had to deal with mice like this. That is an extremely frustrating situation to be in to begin with. I wanted to clarify the service guarantee. If you are continuing to see activity, we will return as many times as needed free of charge. We do not continue to charge extra for services needed between regularly scheduled treatments.
