Prompt Action Pest Control is a family owned and operated pest control company that has been servicing Northwest Wisconsin since 1989. The owners of Prompt Action Pest Control are Shane, Jared, Stephen, and Brant Hanson. They are the four sons of Jerry and Edwina Hanson, the founders of Prompt Action Pest Control. Shane, Jared, Stephen, and Brant are also the service technicians. Edwina and Jerry now help in the office and provide technical and administrative assistance as needed.

Finding one termite could be a sign of an infestation. This termite could be a worker looking for food or a swarmer responsible for reproduction. A single mouse poops a lot, leaving around 50 droppings in a single day, likely near a primary food source. If you find only sporadic droppings, you likely have a small infestation. If you spot large mounds of droppings, you are dealing with a big problem.

Using rat poison in your crawl space can be risky. While it may kill rats, they can die in hard-to-reach places, causing foul odors and attracting other pests. Yikes. Moreover, secondary poisoning can happen to pets if they consume poisoned rats. If you decide to use poison, consult a local exterminator for guidance to ensure safety and effectiveness.
