He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

He arrived exactly on time for our appointment. He asked me if I minded perhaps doing a couple different shades to bring out some of the ornate character of the early 1900s original charm. I kind of laughed and said I didn’t want to spend too much. He said he would charge just slightly more but the results would be more than worth it. And he was right! I went from not wanting to think of this property to actually being rather proud of it. I show the before and after pictures all the time. And all the neighbors have thanked me for improving the block so much. I can’t thank him and his awesome crew enough. Great workers. Always in a good mood. On time, and do great work. As a result, I recommend them all the time!"

"We've hired Sauser for multiple projects to clean up the back yard, side of house, front yard, and put in some hedges. It can sometimes take a long time for them to fit you into the schedule, but when they do, it's worth the wait. Mr. Ruiz's team works fast and produces quality work. He takes concerns seriously, and doesn't mind adding extras in, for a fee of course! We've gotten many compliments on how our yard looks now from people walking by in our neighborhood while I've been out watering. My only recommendation is to contact them early in the year as they get booked up pretty fast!"
