"Ryan at FreshLook came out to give a bid. I told him that I needed to get it painted and didn’t want to spend too much because it was a rental and I didn’t care about the property all that much. He arrived exactly on time for our appointment. He asked me if I minded perhaps doing a couple different shades to bring out some of the ornate character of the early 1900s original charm. I kind of laughed and said I didn’t want to spend too much. He said he would charge just slightly more but the results would be more than worth it. And he was right! I went from not wanting to think of this property to actually being rather proud of it. I show the before and after pictures all the time. And all the neighbors have thanked me for improving the block so much. I can’t thank him and his awesome crew enough. Great workers. Always in a good mood. On time, and do great work. "We've hired Sauser for multiple projects to clean up the back yard, side of house, front yard, and put in some hedges. It can sometimes take a long time for them to fit you into the schedule, but when they do, it's worth the wait. Mr. Ruiz's team works fast and produces quality work. He takes concerns seriously, and doesn't mind adding extras in, for a fee of course! We've gotten many compliments on how our yard looks now from people walking by in our neighborhood while I've been out watering. My only recommendation is to contact them early in the year as they get booked up pretty fast!"

"To help us meet our budgetary goals on this project, he worked with us on a custom design with IKEA cabinets and several of our own purchased appliances. He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He did electrical work and finish carpentry. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. He was quick to fix a couple of minor edits (outlet placement, drawer functionality with base cabinet infrastructure) to ensure we were happy with the final results. He showed a strong aesthetic eye for the finish, providing important suggestions, and volunteering extra touches that made the kitchen look cohesive. In sum, I would strongly recommend Cabinets for Everyone; they approach their work with diligence, timeliness, and responsiveness."
