"Ryan at FreshLook came out to give a bid. I told him that I needed to get it painted and didn’t want to spend too much because it was a rental and I didn’t care about the property all that much. He arrived exactly on time for our appointment. He asked me if I minded perhaps doing a couple different shades to bring out some of the ornate character of the early 1900s original charm. I kind of laughed and said I didn’t want to spend too much. He said he would charge just slightly more but the results would be more than worth it. And he was right! I went from not wanting to think of this property to actually being rather proud of it. I show the before and after pictures all the time. And all the neighbors have thanked me for improving the block so much. I can’t thank him and his awesome crew enough. Great workers. Always in a good mood. On time, and do great work.
