Becky, who does customer service was very responsive throughout the process, and I liked that Andy, Jr., who came to survey the windows, took his time and clearly knew what he was doing. By the time he left, I felt confident that Trustworthy would do a good job. Andy provided a detailed bid in a timely manner and was quick to respond to a couple of follow-up questions. I asked the billing person to double check the final invoice and/or at least explain it to me over the span of many weeks, which they flat out refused to do. The invoice ultimately got sorted out and this person claimed it was a mistake, but the fact they spent weeks refusing to double check that the invoice matched the work completed is very frustrating. Especially when it was such a large mistake. If you hire this company make sure they don't try to charge you more than you are supposed to pay!"
