My home had several windows with defective panes of glass: one cracked, a dozen fogged up to varying degrees due to broken seals. Reading online reviews, two companies stood out. I had representatives from both come out to measure and provide bids. Both bids were reasonable, and I knew I couldn’t go wrong with either company, but in the end, I’m glad I went with Trustworthy Glass. I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish everything went smoothly. Becky, who does customer service was very responsive throughout the process, and I liked that Andy, Jr., who came to survey the windows, took his time and clearly knew what he was doing. By the time he left, I felt confident that Trustworthy would do a good job. Andy provided a detailed bid in a timely manner and was quick to respond to a couple of follow-up questions. One of the things that I most appreciate about Trustworthy is that it’s a family-owned and run business, and that it’s family who’s doing and overseeing the work. The crew that came to do the work was great. Work on my house took two mornings. The first morning a crew of three, led by Andy, Sr., replaced glass on first floor windows and one upstairs. They were efficient and did high-quality work. The following day, son Ryan returned with a co-worker, equipped to replace glass on the remaining upper windows. Everyone was friendly, professional, and diligent. They clearly care about the quality of their work--and they were great about wearing protective foot gear and masks, and cleaning up…so that once they left, there was nothing for me to do but enjoy the windows. A neighbor, the president of my association, had one window replaced in her house. She said she would give Trustworthy an A+. I wholeheartedly concur!

Overall went very smooth. Becky, Andy and Andy Jr. worked with us to install on separate days to accommodate our tenants in our building. They also had to make accommodations to work at the same time as a paving crew was working. we almost didn't know they were here. No disruptions to the work going on in the building. Saved us allot of money over complete window replacement. Fantastic end result.

The installed glass carries a long warranty. Labor is only for a year. I therefore expected that Andy would arrange to replace the defective glass, and I would pay the labor charge. Andy's examination of the defective glass led him to conclude that this was a manufacturing defect and that he would lean on his supplier to replace the glass for no charge at all. That he did, wjile it took him several calls to get the supplier finally to come out. Andy's persistence paid off for us. I previously gave Trustworthy the highest possible grades on two projects they have done for my family. I add this one to show that they do live up to their promises and are, indeed, TRUSTWORTHY!

They came to my home, measured opening, said door would need to be special ordered and would contact me when received. Able to schedule installation at convenient time. Did excellent job of installation, no mess. They were able to install a higher quality door for less than the cost from a big box store. Great people to do business with.

From the point of 1st contact, they were fantastic. Andy was able to make it out to my house same day to prepare an estimate. It was about 2-3 weeks after we ordered the glass that they came back out to install it. The actual installation took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Price was very affordable considering the alternative was replacing the front door all together.

From estimate to installation Trustworthy Glass went above an beyond to answer all of my questions, provide affordable estimates, and get the work done in a timely and professional manner. I called 3 different companies for estimates and by far Trustworthy Glass made the best impression and was in line with the cost of all the other estiamtes. When they came to do the work they used drop cloths, booties, and worked quicly and with precision. I have a 60's home and was worried that the wood trim could break apart or get damaged, but they were able to switch out the old glass for the new with no damage whatsoever. The new glass is so clear (old glass had fogged over th4e years) and we are very happy. This is a family business and they are so friendly! I wish every company I called for service was like this. I highly recommend them for any job and you will love Becky who will stay in touch with you from start to finish!

Technician was pleasant and efficient as was the office staff. The price seemed reasonable, but I got no other bids so have no comparison. Would definitely use again for glass replacement.

We were told our job would take 3 weeks to complete, but it took 3 months. They do good work, but 3 months was a big inconvenience. Would hire again only if I can get a guaranteed finish date.

Trustworthy Glass came to measure the glass opening, advised me on the type of glass to use, and sent me a bid, which I accepted. I paid 1/2 down, with the remainder due upon installation. The installer was prompt, friendly, and did a beautiful job on the replacement. The new glass is so clear--a nice change from the foggy pane it replaced.

They are the only company I called because their estimate came in within what I was hoping to pay. Given the excellent reviews, I figured I didn't need to look elsewhere. Andy showed up on time for the initial appointment to measure for an estimate, the estimate arrived within the promised time, and as I mentioned, was within the price I was hoping to pay (which was less than my contractor expected I'd have to pay). They arrived on time for the install, and it looks great! I would absolutely hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a shower enclosure.
