Fabulous! I would hire Ron again in a heartbeat. His pricing was extremely fair. He arrived for both the inspection and the installation exactly at the time he quoted. His work was completed professionally and to a very high standard of expertise. Ron was able to install our new windows within two weeks of the time we hired him. Ron is a great guy.

It went great. The job was completed in one day. The skylights look great. The exterior and interior areas were cleaned up and all trash was hauled away by the installer. We are very satisfied customers.

Ron called me back and asked for pictures of the existing skylight. He was able to quickly educate me about the existing skylight and to explain about the new one. Job was done well and efficiently.

Ron was prompt in responding to my email for an estimate and prompt on arrival. I am very satisfied with his work and installation of a Verilux  skylight in my bathroom. He is very respectful and considerate. A great choice for this type of work as he is a skylight  specialist. Many roofers are no interested in this type of job.

AWESOME! Ron is efficient, professional and a great communicator - especially in regarding initial appt. scheduling, and explanation process. On time for each step, early starts to complete project before the heat of day. There was roof damage from the previous leak - he explained additional work, costs prior to proceeding. I was asked early to pick up additional shingles. He was respectful & plan-full to prevent interior mess of stuff falling in. Completed the process by reviewing warranty and any care questions I had. The appearance of quality of workmanship is impressive. In fact we hired him to proactively replace another aging skylight. Looks great, and handled the 6/11/17 hailstorm perfectly.  I e-mailed a request for a quote on a Sunday morning 
and my phone was ringing in less than 10 minutes. Ron came out on Monday to do the estimate and we scheduled for Thursday due to the weather. Never had this fast service and one of the best companys and people I have ever worked with. Thanks Ron for a great job experience. Would highly recommend.

I called Ron for an estimate. He came by the next day and did the install the day after. He is prompt, professional, and conversational. I had a great experience and would use him again in an instant.

I contacted Ron in November 2014 in a panic because a skylight started leaking in my master bedroom.  He contacted me immediately and promptly stopped the leak.  He gave me a quote and, due to weather conditions, tentatively scheduled our skylight replacement first thing in the Spring.  Right on schedule, he called me in March to schedule our skylight replacement.  Due to a snafu on our part (aka: husband indecisiveness) we didn't get our skylights replaced until July. 
As soon as I called Ron to schedule the replacement, he immediately ordered the skylights and was at our house within a week.  Ron was extremely professional and prompt.  His attention to detail is commendable.  Between my husband and three young children, Ron has the patience of a saint! 
I highly recommend hiring Ron.  You will rarely see a harder worker than this man!

Ron was very responsive from the first call about our leaky skylight.  He came out within a half-hour of our first call and took care of the problem.  When we called him back to do some work on the second one, he was punctual, businesslike, and, again, got the job done!  We highly recommend Northern Lights Skylights...Ron KNOWS skylights!

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER. 2 YEARS LATER NOW STILL VERY HAPPY.

He came to the house to give us an estimate. His estimate was in line with other estimates we had received. We chose him because of the reviews on his website and other sites that I checked (such as Angie's List). He scheduled the work about six weeks after the estimate and showed up and very carefully removed the old skylights and installed the new ones. I'd say it took him around four hours to to the job, but we have very steep roof and difficult access.
