Despite being the height of the busiest time for leaf cleanup, he sent folks over as promised. They did an amazing, amazing job! Way better than any other that has serviced our yard in the past. Initially, I thought the pricing was slightly higher compared to people you find in local ads. But, the quality, and the level of service - it is absolutely worth it and more! Also, I requested if they could haul away a few bags of leaves I bagged. They came back the next day to pickup the bags, and, to my surprise, they decided to quickly vacuum up the few leaves that accumulated overnight! "The guys arrived the same day I requested the work, they (two guys) went right to work, after providing an initial verbal estimate. After working about 15 minutes the lead guy noted that there were more leaves in the back yard than they originally estimated, and he asked if I would agree to a slight increase in the estimated cost. Since I had found the original estimate very reasonable I was OK with the update from $150 to $200, in part because I had witnessed what a thorough job they were doing. The complete job took about 1 hour, start to finish. My wife and I were very pleased with the overall job, and will certainly consider using them again next Fall."
