"THE DAY THEY WERE TO COME FOR THE ESTIMATE THEY CAME INTO A CRISIS. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME IT STARTED TO REMOVE DRY WALL, DRAINED THE WATER FROM THE CEILING AND ROLLED MY CARPET BACK SO IT WOULD NOT GET WET,ALL OF WHICH WAS EMERGENCY SITUATION. HE SUGGESTED THAT I CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND MY HOME OWNERS INSURANCE ASAP. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, WAS CAUTIOUS IN TELLING ME WHAT TO SAY TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO "HOLD THE FORT" UNTIL THE INSURANCE COMPANY COULD COME AND INSPECT. IN DOING ALL THIS WE WERE ABLE TO AVOID ANOTHER MOLD ISSUE. WORK WAS DONE IN SEVERAL PHASES OVER A PERIOD OF MONTHS. ONE SUBCONTRACTOR I HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM DAMAGING MY BRAND NEW VACUUM. THE OWNER TOOK IT APART REPLACED THE HEPA FILTER AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH HIM GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE HE HAPPY. THIS COMPANY WAS AMAZING AND I RECEIVED A THANK YOU LETTER FOR MY BUSINESS AND A COUPON FOR A FREE TRIP CHARGE. NEVER WERE ANY SURPRISES AND ALWAYS CALLED TO INFORM ME ANY CHANGES THAT CAME ABOUT."
