"2 men showed up on time the first day, but the job dragged into a second day. Then only 1 guy was here. The work looks great, but since there was only 1 guy here my wife and I wound up helping him move around some furniture...as opposed to having a crew of 2 here to move it themselves (a service that is included in their price and in the contract). Our installer was an independent contractor, so he has no real affiliation with 651 Carpets other than a check. But he worked hard and the carpet looks good."

"Chris and Christine were so helpful, easy to work with and very much cared about the quality of their work and if we were happy. We hired them to install a piece of vinyl and do a small area of tile. We were so happy with them, we bought carpet from them as well. Chris and Christine were so responsive and caring, we highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs."
