The first "carpet cleaning" company who's extractor didn't work but wouldn't/couldn't resolve the problem.
After two attempts Steam Brothers of St. Cloud, MN was not able to provide clean carpets even after admitting issues with their equipment.
No resolution to the issue and no discount or complementary services provided to the customer.
Highly unsatisfactory quality! Do not use.
