Integrity did a terrible job. The edging in one area came loose after one week. They came and repaired it. Now, four months later, the rest of the edging has come off. The corner edging is not flush with the rest of the edging, it sticks out. The seam on the top of the counter was not finished professionally. They absolutely refuse to repair these items and are extremely rude and awful to deal with. They had billed me for painting the back wall, for the sink reset and plumbing and for the dishwasher hookup, all of which they did not do. They had given me a partial credit for the sink & dishwasher reset but the credit was less $100. than it should have been. When I asked them to deduct the charges, for the painting, and the plumbing, they got very angry and said "We'll call it a wash" as if they were doing me a favor by deducting from the bill the amount they were charging for work they did not do. Do NOT use this company for any countertop installation or you will regret it. It has been a nightmare.

C rating for Responsiveness because they were quick to respond to initial call and were on time for first meeting. B for price because they worked well with my insurance company, but more calls to other businesses put them a little higher. I realize, though, that it was a liberal estimate to safe guard any problems. F for responsivness. Rep left meeting saying he'd be in touch, but we kept playing "phone tag" for the next couple of weeks. After 7 days, we final spoke on the phone--with him apologizing-- but again, he dropped off the face of the earth after saying he said he would send me floor samples, which he did not. After one week, I sent two text messages, to which he respondedek later saying he was no longer with the company. I waited one week to hear from anyone else from their office and didn't. After one week I called the office and was told that the two people I needed to talk to were on vacation. One of them called a week later and said he'd send me a link to a store they use for flooring. I waited another week and he sent nothing. So, I called the office and talked to the only responsible person there who told me that she was leaving! C rating for punctuality, only because the rep did show up on time for initial meeting. F for professionalism for above reasons. Also, the Rep was unprofessional--made negative comments about other customers. I received my deposit back immediately, but was told that adminstrative assistant--the only professional employee I had encountered--was leaving the business. Ironically named business.

My insurance company recommended Integrity Restoration to fix some water damage.  Very big mistake!  When Integrity completed the job stating everything was taken care of the rooms still stunk like mold and wet carpet.  I brought in a different restoration company and they found additional mold and issues Integrity didn't even look for.
Integrity didn't take any drywall down in one room (the second company did and fond mold), they said the carpet was fine (the second company showed me where it was coming apart and all of the water stains), the dehumidifiers Integrity left kept shutting on its own leaving the room full of moisture (the second company measured a 60% moisture level when it should be around 30% this time of year), the cement was still at 99.9% moisture.  The wall studs had mold on them, Integrity didn't even check.
In addition to doing a poor job Integrity was very unprofessional as well.  They didn't put up any plastic to protect the rest of the items in the room while they cleaned while the second company did.  Integrity workers left their boots on without any covers dirtying our new carpet.  Very unprofessional.
Please for the sake of your and your family's health do not use Integrity Restoration to fix water / mold problems!

To clarify, I rent and friends of mine own this home. I have been the point person for repairs through Integrity and have experienced nothing but inconsistency, slow response, and low quality work. It has taken several years to get tornado damage repairs done, and done well. The only reason that the homeowners are going through Integrity is that Integrity has an agreement with the insurance company that has covered the tornado damage on their home. I finally got them to come and paint my deck two years ago, and the deck promptly chipped and peeled that same summer due to their choice of low quality paint and the lack of shade in that area. I have been consistent about calling, but feel strongly that my house has been put on the backburner due to the homeowners (my friends) being out of state. I would not recommend Integrity to anyone. The name is the cherry on top of the irony ice cream.

Our insurance company hooked us up with Integrity to dry out our walls from ice dam damage. Our deductible was high so were trying to keep the cost low (ie if possible, not tear out our whole kitchen to dry the walls). Integrity sent person #1 they assessed the situation and said they could dry the wall without tearing anything out. they sprayed a mold inhibitor, poked lots of holes in the walls and set up giant fans and dehumidifiers in the kitchen and the basement. a few days later, person #2 came out, took away the basement stuff, and left the kitchen stuff as the walls were still not dry. Then a few days later person #3 came out, looked at it and told us he would have gone about drying the walls differently, as it had now been about a week and they still weren't dry. He was very responsive and came back each day over the next few days to check on it and try different things (more holes in the walls, additional fans, etc). We were getting increasingly frustrated with no progress, so we decided to stop using integrity and get a different company. Person #3 comes back to remove the equipment and declares that our walls are in fact dry anyways, so it worked. Well, we still had new company come out to look at it, and when they tested the walls they were not in fact dry. They went through the process of dismantling the kitchen and when we got to the walls there was already mold growing, so the walls were definitely not dry as person #3 had told us. So we are glad we went with someone else in the end, but it cost us time and money. On the pricing, Integrity did not charge us for all of the days the fans were used due to the differing opinions we were getting about the drying process. However, when we looked over the detailed invoice from our insurance company they did manage to charge us some extraneous fees for hauling away stuff that they never hauled away, and then did end up removing the fees.

Integrity Restoration is one of the few companies I trust.  They also installed a new deck.  I had seepage in my home and my insurance company used them to repair damages, install a new kitchen floor, new carpeting, drywall, and painting.

We would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone.  We were told by
the last two project managers that we are one of several such families
dissatisfied with Integrity's work and ethics.  We wonder how Roger lives with himself!

they were very quick in getting to our house and cleaning up the "black water" from our sewer backup.  it probably took them 4 hours and left everything in as good order as could be expected.  Chris Miller, our project manager, came out the next day and went through what was going to have to be restored and coordinated everything with our insurance company.
The carpenter that replaced our damaged custom woodwork did a fantastic job, you could not tell what was original and what was new.  The painter match our pickling perfectly.  All the work was done with little if any impact to us.  They did things quickly and professionally.
We had issues with our insurance company on how much they were going to pay to replace all of our basement carpeting.  Chris coordinated everything and was able to get us an equitable settlement and we are very happy with the replacement carpeting.  The installers did a great  job and were done in a day and a half.
throughout the entire process, everyone we dealt with at Integrity Restoration were professional, especially the initial cleanup crew who help us come to terms with the fact our basement family room was going to be torn up just before Christmas.  When they left we knew getting things back to normal was going to be a hassle, but they were going to mitigate that hassle as much as possible.  I write this 1 year from the actual backup and i am still very pleased with the work Integrity did.  We highly recommend them!

Due to a now out of business window company, I turned to Integrity Construction to get the job done right after my homeowners insurance company contracted them to repair water damage.  The previous company's sales consultant did not even know that windows have to meet code to pass inspection!  The inept consultant had winows installed that only opened 18 inches, not 21 inches.  Being a new homeowner, I did not know this.  The window manufacturer could do nothing to correct.
Integrity's sales consultant saved me approximately $1,000 by suggesting a less expensive way of installing one window in the master bedroom.  These three second floor windows were installed to meet code and I've never had a problem.  The only thing I wished I had done was to work with them on getting the window frame's paint in the master bedroom to more closely match the others.  Integrity Construction is only one of only three companys I trust to work on my home.

Integrity Construction was here every weekday for 30 days.  The workers were friendly, answered my questions, and I felt very comfortable with their demeanor and presence.  I had no problem having phone calls returned from the home office.
I was so pleased with their work that I employed them on my own to replace my deck, install carpeting in my basement family room and first floor family room, painting the master bedroom, and replacing three second floor windows.  Integrity Construction is only one of only three companys I trust to work on my home.
I highly recommend Integrity Construction.

I found them to be responsive, upfront and honest. They were prompt with phone calls and very communicable. In one situation while we were gone, something fell through our screen and scratched our window. We called the company about it and they didn't offer us any grief about the situation. We would consider using this company again in the future.

They did a fair job, but didn't seem highly experienced. They had to replace our whole shower and put in ceramic tile. Within a year, the grout was coming out and they had to come out to fix it (upon my insistence). They did not charge me for this. I was upset that the mold remediation sub-contractor damaged a window that had to be replaced as a result. Moreover, they had to jackhammer (which as you can imagine makes a lot of dust) and they failed to close off the area before they did this, which caused dust to go over the entire house. All of this leads me to believe that they weren't as experienced and they should have been. The company and technicians were apologetic. Keep in mind, I have not had any work like this done before, so I am no expert, but these are my observations.

THIS COMPANY PICKED ALL THE "SUB" WORK TO BE DONE FOR REBUILD OF VARIOUS PARTS OF OUR HOME AFTER A FIRE. THEY PICKED THE WORST ONES THEY COULD HAVE!! THEY OVERPROMISED EVERYTHING TO US AND DID NOT DELIVER. WE HAD TO HAVE MUCH OF THEIR WORK REDONE BY OTHER CONTRACTORS WE HIRED OURSELVES. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.
