Brett came our showed us lot's of differnt carpets & laminate samples, Brett helped us pick out the flooring that matched our decor. The installers did a great job on time.

There were some communication issues. He only brought a couple of samples and when he brought another one he left it at the wrong house. He didn't return the calls he said he would and we had to call him. We felt that he didn't understand what we wanted. DO get in writing the exact room(s) you want flooring installed. Don't assume things will go as you thought but rather discuss all options.

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Brett in selecting and ordering our new carpet,laminate, & vinyl floor. It was all pleasure and no pressure. Brett is very knowledgeable, and I think he helped us make an excellent choice on the flooring. He helped us figure out what we needed and order it. And the price was excellent!

It went fine. I got the information off Angie's List and called to set an appt. They said they'd call on Monday to confirm and didn't call, so we weren't sure if they were going to show or not. They did give us a break on the repair cost since we had them do it on a day when they were in the area doing another person's installation.

Brett was very receptive and listened to what I was looking for initially. He had great suggestions on options for the tile portion of the project. Since he has been in the industry for quite awhile he has a great knowledge on laying carpet and different options to consider. He also helped us make decisions on what type of tile would suit our needs best. I never felt pressured into making a decision or rushed. The installation took a bit longer than we were hoping, but the final project is fantastic. The installation process was stalled by getting samples and the actual ordering process of the carpet. Brett and I did have a couple of communication issues allong the way, but communication is two sided so I am not saying Brett is at fault for this. The carpet was installed when we were on vacation, and when I returned I noticed that the carpet was the incorrect color. When I notified Brett of this he was very willing to take care of the situation and ultimately we are very pleased with the end result. Overall the experience was a very good one and I would recommend Picture Perfect.

Excellent. Brett was responsive in coming to our home to give and estimate, and equally responsive in completing the job. The price was extremely competitive, the quality is first rate, and the workmanship outstanding

I would DEFINITELY recommend Picture Perfect Floor Covering. Their rates were substantially lower than their competitors (and by substantially lower, I mean $500-$1000 lower than the other estimates we received); the installer was prompt and professional; and everything was completed exactly as promised.

They did a great job with the carpet installation. A year after the install I moved an entertainment center and it buckled the carpet and he came out to repair it with no problems.

Well, I just bought a new house and I wanted new floors throughout my house. I called them and they came out to my house to show me carpet samples and wood samples. I picked one and then the next day they came out. Three days later, the job was done and it looked great. The company has great customer service, and they did not stop till the work was done.
