"Best repair experience I've had with my old house in years! II had a basement window that would not close because it had grown too big to fit into the frame due to moisture problems. I thought I would need to replace it and was worried whether they even sold these type windows anymore. Ben very cleverly decided he could take the window out and shave wood off the bottom and replace it - that idea worked perfectly! Problem solved by a person who obviously knows what he's doing. "Vlad was great! We had 2 old through the wall air conditioners that weren't working and needed to be replaced. The air conditioners weren't installed properly by the previous owner of the house. Vlad installed the supportive sleeves that the air conditioners seat into. He also put the very heavy units into the sleeves himself! I was very impressed with the quality of work he did. He trimmed and sealed the 2 sleeves in the walls and they look great. He is very skilled and knows what he is doing. He was a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire Vlad again!"
