Pineview Builders is an outstanding choice when selecting a general contractor to partner with you on any building related project. They have done both a roofing and a remodeling project for us and we couldn't be more satisfied. They went above and beyond with the completion of our roof and after they were done the clean up was so good we couldn't tell they were there. Regarding our remodel, they provided creativity and ideas when we weren't sure what we wanted to do with certain areas of our home. The project was done in a timely manner and on budget. At first I had trouble contacting Pineview Builders due to glitch maybe on their answering machine so I submitted a bad review on them which I am not able to edit or remove today since there is no option to do this. Matt and his crew did a really good job and communication was excellent. We had a minor issue with a shingle coming loose and Matt showed the next day to fix it and made sure there are no other problem. I am very happy with this company and I highly recommend them.

Matt came out in a timely fashion and said he would send me a quote. That was the last I heard from him!

Matt came out, looked at our situation and advised a repair remedy that he felt I could handle. We really appreciated the time he spent inspecting the area and his advice. His attitude and professionalism was top-notch and we will definitely keep him in mind when we have another project.

He nailed down the flashing and caulked the shingles. When I offered to pay him for his services, Matt declined to take any money. I consider him to be an honest contractor and would recommend him to anyone who could use his services.

That was good. I would give them all A's on that one. It was pretty quick. They came out within a week or 2, it was good. He was really good. There were no additional fees. I would use them again.

Matt who is one of the owners was very patient and professional from the roof estimating process to the very end of installing of the roof. His crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. The job was done in one day. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. I have not found one nail left on the ground after the job was completed.

Matt and I talked about where the water might be originating and came up with a few possibilities. He said at this time re-roofing work would be very expensive and he therefore recommended against that. He then caulked the areas where the water might be coming from. He was at our house for about an hour and used his own sealant, but refused to accept any payment! It was very nice of him to do that! I would call Matt first next time I need work done at our house.

We had an older roof with wind damage. I had several contractors come out, all from Angie's List with A ratings, and Matt was the first one to say my insurance would cover the damage no problem. The others were blaming my older shingles for the issue and didn't think insurance would cover anything. I have never filed a claim before and Matt was there to help every step of the way. He was there when the adjuster showed, worked with the insurance company directly, was there when the roof was being installed and they did the roof in a day, along with some other work I needed done. Their pricing was the lowest of all the bids. Never an issue, professional, courteous, and answered my questions along the way. I will definitely be using them for some more work in the future. The roofing team was very professional and courteous and everything went smooth. Living a busy life, this was one less headache I had to deal with. Thank You Pineview Builders!

I scheduled an appt and this company was a no call -no show.

Twice in the last 6 months I've had issues with my roof. The first was a water leak. I called Matt thinking I needed a new roof. He stopped by my place in Richfield and diagnosed the problem as a faulty piece of flashing and fixed it immediately. The second issue was a section of shingles that was bent back due to high winds. He came out the next day and repaired the section of shingles. Twice I've called Matt worried I'd have to invest in a new roof and twice he's diagnosed a relatively minor problem and fixed it promptly. It's reassuring to know I've found a roofer who is honest, prompt, competitive, and easy to work with.

Matt came out, looked at the situation, replaced one of my shingles that had slipped. Then gave me a very reasonable price to replace my neighbors shingles and said to wait for warmer weather, so the shingles wouldn't crack while getting replaced.

The work was done very professionally. Matt and his team lead were very responsive and fun to have around while the work was being completed. They worked extremely fast, weather permitting. Matt's original estimate did not waiver when the final cost was calculated. Matt's estimate was the lowest of four, including one estimate that was calculated with the exact same materials. I do not normally leave reviews but felt the need to thank Matt and his guys for a job well done.

Project went great. Company gave me a good feeling from my initial meeting with Matt. Cost was reasonable. Crew that was there was very efficient and professional. Color was exactly what we were hoping for. Cleanup was done well, hard to tell they were even there for the day. I will call them when we are ready for another home project in the future.

 Matt Czech looked first at an indoor ceiling where we had leaking around the chimney; then he checked the entire roof, resealed the flashing around the chimney, replaced a vent pipe which squirrels had chewed on (we paid $35 for the part), and assessed the condition of the entire roof.  He took photos to show us the areas he worked on and indicated that the roof would probably be good for another ten years unless there were a strong hail storm.  He also resealed around a leaky flat-roof drain above our garage and advised us about future options for that area.

He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, thorough, and pleasant.  We will definitely call on him to bid for future projects, roofing and beyond.  

Service was excellent.  Arrived when he said he would.  Provided complete explanation of what he found (with photos), and fixed the items he found needed attention promptly.
